We're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who is passionate about comprehensive dentistry, enjoys educating patients, and wants to make a lasting impact on the health of the people they serve.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care tailored to each patient's needs.
• Deliver a patient experience with exceptional chairside manner, helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for.
• Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease, oral cancer awareness, and disease prevention.
• Partner closely with the doctor to identify concerns, diagnose conditions, and discuss comprehensive treatment recommendations.
• Thoroughly review and document medical histories, chief concerns, clinical findings, and treatment recommendations.
• Perform periodontal assessments, charting, and oral hygiene procedures consistent with the doctor's treatment plan.
• Recognize signs of periodontal disease, oral pathology, and other conditions requiring further evaluation.
• Provide personalized home care instructions and encourage long-term oral health habits.
• Build lasting relationships with patients through trust, compassion, and excellent communication.

What We're Looking For

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Passion for comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry—not just "cleanings."
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Positive attitude, team-first mentality
• Desire to continue learning and embrace new technology.
• Local anesthesia certification is a strong plus, but not required.
