Our office provides comprehensive cosmetic and implant services, supported by an in‑house specialist who places implants, allowing us to deliver fully integrated care for our patients.
Duties:
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients
- Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, implant restorations, and extractions.
- Provide preventive dental care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and dental assistants to ensure efficient patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using dental software systems -- we have Dentrix
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development
Skills:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry
- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix
- Strong knowledge and experience in general dentistry procedures including restorative, endodontic, periodontic, and oral surgery
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to providing dental care
- Ability to work well in a team environment
The associate position is available for 1–2 days per week to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full‑time role. Compensation is based on collections, and the office maintains a strong collections rate. A base per diem can be established initially as the schedule builds, transitioning later to a percentage‑based model. Our hygienists and team are exceptional, and we utilize modern technology, including advanced imaging and digital scanning. We are seeking the right individual to join our dynamic dental practice, where patients feel like part of the family.
2 years work experience or at least 1 year of post graduate residency.
