Job Description
We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and reliable Dental Assistant to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will work closely with the dentist to provide exceptional patient care, maintainclinical spaces, and ensure a seamless, comfortable experience for every patient who visits
Responsibility includes:
Chairside Assistance: Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical and surgical procedures, ensuring smooth treatment flow. ASSISTANT WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO MAKE TEMPORARY CROWNS.
Patient Prep: Welcome, seat, and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
Radiography: Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral images in compliance with safety standards.
Sterilize instruments and prep, disinfect, and set up treatment rooms according to OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
Lab Support: Pour models and manage lab and supplies list, and restock rooms as needed
Experience: Newly graduated dental assistants accepted ( WILLING TO TRAIN ON JOB). Dental Assistant experience a plus BUT NOT A REQUIREMENT.
Tech Skills: Familiarity with dental software like Dentrix and Dexis is a plus.
Strong communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative team mindset.Benefits &
CompensationPay Range: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience and credentials).
Schedule: Monday -Wednesday (7am - 5pm) Friday (7am-5pm) 2days/MONTH Saturday (8am -1pm) 1day/MONTH
