North Port Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our established, privately owned general dental practice. We are looking for a skilled, dependable, and compassionate professional who takes pride in their work and is committed to providing an exceptional patient experience.

Previous Dental assisting experience required Dentrix experience required Digital X-ray experience strongly preferred Strong chairside assisting skills Excellent communication and patient care skills Organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a busy practice Positive, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures Take digital X-rays Prepare and break down operatories Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control standards Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Dentrix Educate and communicate with patients regarding their care Work collaboratively with our doctors and clinical team to keep the day running efficiently
