About: Best Dental Family & Orthodontics is a modern, patient-focused practice in the Richmond area seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. What you'll do:

Assist the doctor chairside across a variety of general, restorative, and cosmetic procedures Assist with surgical placement of implants Fabricate anterior and posterior temporary crowns and veneers Perform coronal polishing (certification required) Run scanning systems and support Invisalign cases Assist with light-cured materials and use the intraoral camera Pour and trim models; place and remove retraction cord Perform in-house whitening procedures Provide hygiene assisting and prepare basic restorative tray set-ups Operate and maintain autoclave/Statim units; handle instrument sterilization Record and update medical records; maintain accurate charting and clinical notes Give post-op instructions and schedule follow-ups and recalls Support teammates to keep clinical flow smooth What we're looking for:

Active Texas RDA license Experienced dental assistant in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of general, restorative, and cosmetic procedures Excellent organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail Accountability Preferred:

Experience with digital workflows and modern dental technology Experience with implants, Invisalign, or cosmetic dentistry Coronal Polishing certification Familiarity with Open Dental or similar software Bilingual (English/Spanish or Farsi) in our multilingual practice Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm

Compensation: $20-$30/hr, depending on experience, plus monthly and production bonuses.
