Next Level Dental Studio is a privately owned, single-doctor dental practice in North Charlotte, just minutes from Northlake Mall. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Dental Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and building long-term relationships with both patients and teammates.

Schedule Monday: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM Thursday: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM Two Fridays per month: 7:45 AM – 1:00 PM

About the Position

As a Dental Assistant, you will work alongside Dr. Rogers and our clinical team to provide high-quality patient care in a modern, fast-paced practice.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting the doctor during dental procedures Preparing treatment rooms and instruments Sterilizing and maintaining clinical equipment Taking digital X-rays and intraoral photos Charting treatment and updating patient records Educating patients on oral health and post-operative care Ensuring patients feel comfortable throughout their visit Maintaining OSHA and infection control standards Supporting teammates to create an exceptional patient experience We're Looking For Someone Who Is
