What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience assisting in periodontal, implant, and oral surgical procedures Strong clinical skills and comfort with full-arch implant cases, bone grafting, extractions, and related surgical protocols A warm, confident chairside manner — patients should feel safe and well cared for from the moment they meet you Excellent communication and customer service skills A team-first attitude — someone who works well with colleagues, supports the whole office, and helps keep the day running smoothly Reliability, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for the work

What We're Looking For (Beyond the Resume) Skills can be taught, but personality and patient care philosophy are essential. We're looking for someone who: Genuinely enjoys connecting with patients and easing their anxiety around surgical procedures Brings positive energy to a busy, dynamic clinical environment Communicates clearly and kindly with patients, referring doctors, and teammates alike Takes ownership and pitches in wherever the team needs support Position Details

Schedule: 4 days per week, approximately 30–32 hours Pay: $28–$38/hour, based on experience
