<p><strong>Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) </strong></p><p>Compensation: $50 - $55 per hour<br />Schedule: Full Time<br />Location: Long Grove, GA<br />Practice Model: Traditional Hygiene<br />Patient Mix: PPO / FFS <br />Appointment Length: {60-Minute Appointments for regular prophy} <br />Benefits Eligibility: Employees regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours per week may be eligible for benefits. </p><p> </p><p><strong>About the Role </strong></p><p>United Dental Corporation is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team in the vibrant Long Grove area. </p><p>We are looking for a hygienist who is passionate about patient education, preventive care, and delivering an exceptional patient experience at Long Grove Dental, a multi-specialty family dental practice serving patients of all ages</p><p> </p><p><strong>What Your Day Looks Like</strong> </p><p>We believe great patient care starts with a predictable schedule, strong clinical support, and enough time to focus on the patient. </p><p>Your day will include: </p><ul><li>60-minute hygiene appointments </li></ul><ul><li>Dedicated periodontal therapy scheduling </li></ul><ul><li>Established patient base and recall program </li></ul><ul><li>Doctor support for exams and treatment planning </li></ul><ul><li>Modern technology and digital workflows </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborative clinical environment focused on quality patient care </li></ul><ul><li>Opportunities to build long-term patient relationships </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What You'll Do </strong></p><ul><li>Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance </li></ul><ul><li>Conduct periodontal charting and assessments </li></ul><ul><li>Take diagnostic radiographs </li></ul><ul><li>Deliver patient education and oral hygiene instruction </li></ul><ul><li>Identify and communicate treatment needs to patients and providers </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain accurate clinical documentation </li></ul><ul><li>Support comprehensive patient care through collaboration with dentists and team members </li><li>Promote preventive dentistry and long-term oral health <br /></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Active Dental Hygiene License in Georgia </li></ul><ul><li>Local Anesthesia Certification (if applicable by state) </li><li>Laser Certification</li></ul><ul><li>Current CPR/BLS Certification </li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication and patient education skills </li></ul><ul><li>Commitment to quality patient care </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment </li></ul><p><strong>Preferred </strong></p><ul><li>Experience with assisted hygiene models </li></ul><ul><li>Experience in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with periodontal therapy </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with patient education and treatment acceptance </li></ul><ul><li>Bilingual skills </li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Employees regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for: </p><ul><li>Medical Insurance </li></ul><ul><li>Dental Insurance </li></ul><ul><li>Vision Insurance </li></ul><ul><li>401(k) with 4% Employer Match </li></ul><ul><li>Paid Holidays </li></ul><ul><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) </li></ul><ul><li>Continuing Education Support </li></ul><p>Insurance benefits begin the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
