Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – 4-Day Work Week

Join Our Growing Dental Team!

We are looking for a friendly, compassionate, and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team on a unique 4-day work week. This position offers the opportunity to work in two modern, well-established dental offices, spending two days each week in each location.

Schedule Four-day work week Two days per week at Office #1 Two days per week at Office #2 No evenings or weekends Responsibilities Perform thorough dental hygiene assessments and cleanings Take digital radiographs Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Perform periodontal charting and periodontal therapy as needed Apply fluoride treatments and sealants Maintain accurate clinical records Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to provide outstanding patient care Follow all OSHA and infection control protocols Qualifications Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Current CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Gentle chairside manner with a patient-first approach Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with digital charting and dental software is preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Four-day work week with excellent work-life balance Supportive, team-oriented work environment Modern technology and well-equipped operatories Continuing education opportunities Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan and additional benefits (if applicable)
