This position REQUIRES a higher-level skillset. Extensive endo experience (including molars) and anterior cosmetic work are major positives. Implants and mini-implants are a major offering of the practice. Candidates capable in surgical extractions, sinus lift, implant placement, and have sedation certification is welcome bonus.

Summary

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases.
  • Administer appropriate treatments including dental extractions, fillings, and endodontic procedures.
  • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental.
  • Collaborate with clinical and support team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and implement best practices in treatment.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for patients to enhance their experience.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry in Ohio
  • Quality clinical skills with a willingness to grow, learn, and try new things
  • Excellent communication skills for effective patient and team member interaction
  • Familiarity with Open Dental software is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
  • A team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

Those with an extensive clinical skillset and emotional intelligence can expect to earn $225-300k. (The more expansive their willingness to do endo the closer to the higher range they will be.) Compensation is based on a % of collections. We have a large patient base that is consistently booked out weeks in advance.
