Dental Hygiene Assistant/ Sterilization Technician: Arrowhead Dental Associates is seeking a motivated Hygiene Assistant to join our multi‑specialty dental team in Charlestown, Rhode Island! Primary Responsibilities
- Treatment room preparation - Stock, sterilize, and set up hygiene rooms for each patient visit
- Clinical support - Work closely with hygienists to maintain smooth clinical operations, interact with patients, help hygienists chart and run sterilization.
- Inventory management - Monitor and maintain supplies in hygiene treatment rooms daily.
- Support hygienists with daily workflow and patient care needs.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, dependable, motivated, use critical thinking skills, able to be trained and have a positive attitude.
- Organized and able to multitask
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, especially customer service working around patients daily.
- Eager to learn and grow professionally
Qualifications:
- Healthcare experience is a plus!
