<p><strong>Front Office Coordinator </strong></p><p>Location: Lodi, CA<br />Compensation: $35-42/hour<br />Patient Mix: PPO/FFS<br />Schedule: Full Time (Monday - Thursday 7:30 - 5:00 pm + Fridays 7:30 - 12:00 pm)<br />Benefits Eligibility: Employees regularly scheduled to work Full Time may be eligible for benefits. </p><p> </p><p>About the Role </p><p>United Dental Corporation is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to join our growing team in the {REGION} market. </p><p>We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who enjoys coaching teams, improving systems, and driving practice performance. </p><p>Specific practice placement will be discussed during the interview process based on experience, leadership style, and business needs. </p><p>Candidates may be considered for multiple practices within the region based on business needs, schedule availability, and overall fit. </p><p> </p><p><strong>What You'll Do </strong></p><p>Leadership & Team Development </p><ul><li>Lead, coach, and support front office and clinical team members </li></ul><ul><li>Foster a positive, patient-focused office culture </li></ul><ul><li>Assist with onboarding and training new team members </li></ul><ul><li>Support employee engagement, accountability, and performance improvement </li></ul><ul><li>Partner with regional leadership to achieve practice goals </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Operations Management </strong></p><ul><li>Oversee daily office operations and patient flow </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure efficient scheduling and provider utilization </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor key performance indicators and office performance metrics </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements </li></ul><ul><li>Support inventory management and operational workflows </li></ul><ul><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Patient Experience </strong></p><ul><li>Ensure a positive and professional patient experience </li></ul><ul><li>Address patient concerns and service recovery situations </li></ul><ul><li>Support treatment acceptance and patient retention initiatives </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the practice </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Financial & Business Performance </strong></p><ul><li>Manage office collections and financial performance </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor scheduling efficiency and production goals </li></ul><ul><li>Support treatment plan presentation and case acceptance efforts </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and business planning </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of dental office management or dental leadership experience </li></ul><ul><li>Strong leadership and team development skills </li></ul><ul><li>Experience managing patient scheduling and office operations </li></ul><ul><li>Strong customer service and communication skills </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results </li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency with dental practice management software </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Preferred </strong></p><ul><li>Multi-provider dental practice experience </li></ul><ul><li>Experience in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments </li></ul><ul><li>Experience managing production and collections goals </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with treatment acceptance and patient financing </li></ul><ul><li>Bilingual skills (if applicable to market) </li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Employees regularly scheduled to work full time may be eligible for: </p><ul><li>Medical Insurance </li></ul><ul><li>Dental Insurance </li></ul><ul><li>Vision Insurance </li></ul><ul><li>401(k) with 4% Employer Match </li></ul><ul><li>Paid Holidays </li></ul><ul><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) </li></ul><ul><li>Continuing Education Support </li></ul><p>Insurance benefits begin the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
