Maple Orthodontics is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our friendly team. What You'll Do Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and organize dental instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines. Maintain sterilization equipment and monitor sterilization cycles. Prepare instrument trays and treatment rooms for patient appointments. Stock and organize clinical supplies throughout the office. Seat and manage the order of incoming patients to the clinic. Assist with ordering and inventory management. Ensure treatment areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked. Help with light clinical support as needed and learn for the future. Follow all infection control and safety protocols.

What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organization. Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player. Ability to stand for extended periods. Previous dental experience is helpful but not required—we are happy to train the right person.
