Now Hiring: Dental Sterilization Technician
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Sterilization Technician to join our team! This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient clinical environment while supporting our dental team.
Responsibilities: Clean, sterilize, package, and organize dental instruments according to infection control protocols. Set up treatment rooms before patient appointments and break down rooms after procedures. Ensure all operatories are fully stocked with necessary supplies and materials. Monitor and maintain inventory of clinical supplies, restocking as needed. Assist with general housekeeping duties to keep the office clean, organized, and welcoming. Follow OSHA, CDC, and office infection control guidelines at all times. Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and willingness to help wherever needed. Previous dental experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
