We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and highly organized Clinical/Admin Team Member to join our growing practice. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves providing exceptional patient care while supporting the administrative side of a specialty practice.
No two days are the same! If you're a true multitasker with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we'd love to meet you. We are open to discuss a solely clinical OR solely administrative role as well, please inquire!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical inventory
- Take intraoral scans (training available)
- Utilize 3D printing for surgical cases (training available)
- Sterilization and instrument processing
- Seat and prepare patients for treatment
- Take radiographs & CBCT scans (must be x-ray certified to do this- A PLUS!)
- Help with patient education and post-operative instructions
- Support front office duties as needed, including: - Answering phones - Scheduling appointments - Checking patients in and out - Insurance verification - Treatment plan coordination - General administrative support
What We're Looking For:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to adapt and work in both clinical and administrative roles
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to exceptional patient care
- Dental experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- X-ray certification preferred but not required
- Experience with dental software (Carestack) is a plus
