Treatment Coordinator Creekside Park Family & Cosmetic Dentistry | The Woodlands, TX

Creekside Park Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. Our husband-and-wife doctors have built a practice centered around trust, compassion, and delivering an outstanding patient experience. We believe in educating patients, not pressuring them, and helping every patient make informed decisions about their oral health.
What You'll Do -Present treatment plans with confidence, empathy, and clarity -Educate patients on recommended treatment, insurance benefits, and financial options -Coordinate scheduling to ensure timely completion of treatment -Verify insurance benefits and prepare accurate treatment estimates -Follow up with patients to improve treatment acceptance and maintain continuity of care -Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and clinical team members to create a seamless patient experience -Maintain accurate documentation and patient records -Deliver exceptional customer service from consultation through treatment completion
What We're Looking For -Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a dental front office role preferred -Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment presentation -Excellent communication and relationship-building skills -Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment -Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping patients -Experience with dental practice management software is preferred
