Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Surgical Assistant to support our dental team and ensure the smooth operation of our surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental surgery, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist dental surgeons during surgical procedures, including instrument handling and patient preparation.
Sterilize and prepare surgical instruments and equipment.
Provide chairside assistance to ensure the comfort and safety of patients.
Manage patient records and update surgical charts as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized surgical environment.
Educate patients about post-operative care and answer any questions they may have.
Support other dental staff as needed and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Dental Surgical Assistant.
Proven experience as a dental assistant, with specific experience in surgical settings preferred.
Proficiency in dental software and equipment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with patients and staff.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
