Orthodontic experience is preferred but not necessary. Experience in the dental field (General, Hygiene, DA, Sterilization etc.) is.

Job Summary: You will support our orthodontist by providing exceptional chairside assistance, managing patient care, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to a positive patient experience while maintaining the highest standards of infection control and clinical excellence. Duties: Manage patient flow and provide a positive attitude Prepare treatment space by setting up necessary supplies, and ensuring aseptic techniques are followed Indirect bonding, bonded retainers, scanning and typical adjustments (Start to finish) Take initial photos, dental X-rays, including 3D scans and other medical imaging required for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Manage patient records with TOPS Educate patients on orthodontic care, appliance maintenance, and oral hygiene Monitor vital signs during appointments and assist with medical documentation related to patient health history Occasionally help fellow employee with other jobs that might not necessarily be in your job description...Because teamwork makes the dream work!
