Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental professional to join a busy, patient-focused practice serving a diverse mix of general, PPO, and private patients. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering high-quality care in a collaborative office environment and values strong clinical standards, efficiency, and patient communication.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 months of experience in a dental setting and a solid understanding of general dentistry workflows. The ability to communicate clearly, work well with a team, and provide excellent service to patients of all ages are a must. Experience using Dentrix is recommended, as it will be used daily for scheduling, treatment planning, charting, and patient record management.
Responsibilities will include supporting the dental team in delivering comprehensive general dental care, maintaining accurate documentation, assisting with patient flow, and contributing to a positive and organized office environment. Candidates should be comfortable working with PPO and private insurance patients, handling routine clinical and administrative tasks, and adapting to the needs of a fast-paced practice. Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.
This full-time position includes a 1-hour lunch break and convenient under covered parking for staff. We also offer a generous 3-week vacation benefit to support work-life balance and long-term retention. Compensation is $18 per hour.
