Job summary

As a Registered Dental Hygienist at Rogers Family Dentistry, you will join one of Anderson Township’s most established and beloved practices. You will deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care in a fully equipped, modern clinical environment, supported by a practice that is as invested in your career as it is in their patients.

What you'll do

• Deliver thorough dental cleanings, prophylaxis, and preventive care for patients of all ages
• Perform periodontal assessments, charting, and treatment for involved patients
• Take and interpret dental radiographs accurately
• Complete comprehensive soft tissue and oral cancer screenings on every patient
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive habits, and treatment options in plain language
• Document accurately in patient records using practice management software
• Contribute to a warn environment free of judgment

Who you are

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Ohio (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Warm, patient-centered communicator who builds quality relationships
• Dedicated to quality care and continuous learning
• Dependable team player who contributes positively to the office culture
• New graduates and experienced hygienists equally encouraged to apply
