Dental Assistant

Nevar Dental is a solo-practitioner family dental practice of 16 years, re-located to a newly built state-of-the-art office in 2020, and conveniently located in Mayfield Village. We have low turnover of staff and are currently looking to hire an excellent Dental Assistant with a passion for dentistry to replace a team member of 15+ years that had to leave our work family due to medical reasons.

Experience with Dentrix software, Weave VOIP system, and Digital xrays (intraoral and PAN) preferred. Willing to train with the right attitude, friendly disposition, and customer-service orientation (pay commensurate and negotiable with experience). Applicants should have valid X-ray license, BLS, HIPAA, and OSHAA certifications. Job responsibilities primarily include chairside assisting of the dentist and EFDA in procedures that include preventive, pediatric, restorative, surgical, fixed/removable prosthodontics, cosmetic and limited endodontics.

Additional responsibilities include impression-taking, model pouring/trimming, setup/clean-up of operatories, sterilization of instruments, lab case tracking, dental supply ordering and inventory, general office cleanliness.
