Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon who is committed to clinical excellence and exceptional patient care. This position offers a flexible part-time schedule with a clear pathway to partnership for the right candidate who demonstrates clinical skill, leadership, and alignment with our practice values.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform full-scope oral surgery procedures (extractions, bone grafting,dental implants, pathology, etc.).
· Provide comprehensive consultations, treatment planning, and compassionate pre/post-operative patient care.
· Collaborate effectively with referrers, dental team members, and staff.
· Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation and adhere to all regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
· DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
· Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency program.
· Active (or eligible for) California Dental License and OMS specialty permit.
· Valid DEA certification and California Sedation/General Anesthesia permit.
· Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
