Dental Hygiene Program Coordinator - Norge

Morrison Dental Group is seeking an experienced DENTAL Hygiene Program Coordinator to work in our Norge office. This position requires an experienced person to work with the doctors in the office and to present treatment to patients, track case acceptance, create pre-authorizations and follow up with patients. The position requires knowledge of how to create a treatment plan, knowledge of insurance benefit and deductibles. Enjoy working with other passionate individuals who love making a difference in patients' lives! Dental office experience is a requirement.

Earn up to $25 per hour based on experience!

The ideal Hygiene Program Coordinator should have experience in the following:

• Previous dental office experience required
• Previous experience in a management role preferably in the dental field
• General understanding of dental insurance and patient benefits.
• Answering and responding to telephone calls with professionalism
• Scheduling and confirming patients’ appointments according to protocol and patient preferences
• Ability to discuss payment and financial options for treatments with patients
• Outstanding customer service
• Ability to manage team members and doctor schedule
