Your Role:

As a Dental Assistant, you will have a key role in helping deliver uncompromising care and ensuring our patients are comfortable and informed about the care they get. You will be working closely with doctors to create an environment where clinical excellence meets extraordinary service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist dentists chairside during a variety of dental procedures, including general dentistry, orthodontics, periodontic dentistry.
  • Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Take Digital X-rays, CBCT, Digital scans
  • Manage patient records accurately in Dentrix and Dexis.
  • Perform vital signs assessment and monitor patient comfort throughout procedures.
  • Maintain strict infection control practices using aseptic techniques to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a sterile environment.
  • Ensure lab cases are sent and returned from the lab on time.
  • Educate patients on oral health care instructions post-treatment and answer any questions related to procedures or treatment plans
  • Inventory management & ordering
  • Be a team player

Qualifications

  • Proven previous experience as a Dental Assistant, ortho skills a plus.
  • Proficiency with Dentrix and Dexis.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control protocols, and aseptic techniques.
  • Ability to operate dental equipment including X-ray machines, 3D scanners, and 3D imaging.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records and patient confidentiality.
  • Experience with chairside assisting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Certification in CPR & Coronal polish. The office is willing to train

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
