Orthodontic Dental Assistant
Job Description
Basic duties: Assist dental provider chairside, taking impressions in patients' mouths, taking Pan/Ceph X-rays, changing out wires and brackets, enter progress notes on the computer, setting up chairs for bonding and various procedures, giving oral hygiene instructions, sterilizing instruments and equipment, pouring up models and trimming them. Learn to use the i-Tero intraoral scanner.
Must be willing and able to assist with front desk duties: answer telephones, schedule patients, and manage payment transactions.
Previous experience preferred, but not required. Need to be able to learn things well and quickly.
Certified dental/orthodontist assistant also preferred, but will train if truly interested and looking for a long term opportunity.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
