Pediatric Dentist

Tooth Haven in Ankeny, Iowa is hiring a pediatric dentist.

We opened in August 2025 in a brand-new, fully digital office, and we are growing faster than our current schedule can hold. We need a second doctor who genuinely likes treating kids.

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING

$1,300 per day guaranteed minimum, or 30% of production, whichever is greater. At four days a week that floor is roughly $250,000 a year, and a busy schedule takes it well past that.

Four-day work week. Three-day weekends, every week.

$10,000 signing bonus.

Start date: September 2026.

Ankeny is one of the fastest-growing cities in Iowa, with a young family base and a steady flow of new pediatric patients. Des Moines metro cost of living is low, the commute is fifteen minutes, and the schools are the reason families move here.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Pediatric residency-trained, board certified or board eligible, preferred.

General dentists with real pediatric volume and a genuine interest in kids will absolutely be considered.

Iowa dental license or license-eligible.
