Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active dental license (or license-eligible) in the practice’s state Professional, dependable, and committed to ethical, patient-centered care Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset Maintains required credentials and compliance with applicable regulations and protocols
