As the provider in this single-provider practice, you'll lead diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care while building strong relationships within a primarily Medicaid patient community.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions using advanced dental procedures.
• Perform routine dental examinations, cleanings, and restorative treatments.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
• Educate patients on treatment options to support informed decision-making.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered dental care.
• Build positive patient relationships and create a comfortable care environment.
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative team members to support smooth practice operations.
• Provide guidance on treatment plans, clinical protocols, and best practices.

What You'll Bring

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active, unrestricted dental license.
• Proficiency in routine dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, and restorative treatments.
• Experience with treatment planning, case presentations, and patient education.
• Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
