Job Summary: We are a friendly, patient-focused dental practice seeking a motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. Our practice features four operatories and a close-knit team of four assistants who enjoy working together. We serve patients of all ages and are committed to providing a positive, comfortable experience during every visit. The ideal candidate will have dental experience, be dependable, and passionate about patient care. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during procedures Prepare and break down operatories Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols Take digital radiographs (as certified) Update patient charts and documentation Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op instructions Help ensure smooth daily flow in a four-chair practice

Qualifications: Dental assisting experience is required min 2 years Current state certification/licensure (as required) Radiology certification (if applicable) Strong communication skills Positive attitude and team-player mentality Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred, as a large portion of our patients are Spanish-speaking, and clear communication is essential for quality care
