Lynnwood Periodontics and Implants is looking for an experienced treatment and insurance coordinator to help with our busy and successful practice! We are looking for someone who is passionate about dentistry, about being a front-office guru, and taking care of people. Our patients, referrals and staff are amazing, and we have a high functioning team. Those who are proficient in Dentrix and enjoy providing 5-star customer service, and being part of a team are encouraged to apply. Our office had been in practice for 7 years and we work closely with 30+ referring dentists from all over the region. Our motto is 5-Star customer service, an excellent patient experience and high patient care and ethical standards. Our referrals and patients always get an individualized, personal experience with a small-office feel. We specialize in implant placement, extractions with ridge preservation, connective tissue grafting, bone grafting and periodontal therapy.
Please be proficient in Dentrix, Outlook, Excel and Dexis. Those interested in a stable long-term position with career advancement opportunities are encouraged to apply. Required Skills, Experience and Duties:

Proficiency in Dentrix

Professional and friendly phone, email and in-person communication

Presenting treatment plans and high case acceptance

Insurance Verification and Coordination

Scheduling new patients exams and treatment

Sending and Posting Claims

Accounts Receivable, Calling Insurance companies to check on claims

Requesting x-rays and referrals from offices, importing to patient charts

Sending Billing Statements

Checking patients in and out, creating continuing care appointments

Hygiene/Patient Recall and Confirmations
-
Taking and posting payments
-
Team player, able to work well with Doctor, Staff and Patients

Friendly, knowledgeable and outgoing personality
Days and Hours: Monday: Office Day 8-4. Tuesday 7-4. Wednesday 7-4. Thursday 7-4. Friday: Off. Average 35 hours per week.
Pay: Starting at $40/Hour + Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision/401k/PTO/Holidays)
