What You’ll Do

As a Dental Assistant, you will play an essential role in creating an outstanding guest experience by:

• Assisting doctors during a wide variety of dental procedures
• Ensuring every patient receives exceptional care and attention
• Helping maintain an efficient flow throughout the office
• Answering phones and assisting with front office tasks when needed
• Learning and supporting advanced technologies, including 3D printing, crown milling, and laboratory protocols
• Assisting hygienists with charting, room turnover, and other clinical support duties
• Working collaboratively with the entire team to provide seamless, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)
• X-ray certification required
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-first mindset
