Happy Smile is looking for an experienced, full-time Associate Dentist to join our established dental practices in Lincoln and Woonsocket, Rhode Island.

About Our Practice

Happy Smile operates two well-established dental offices with deep roots in their communities:

• Lincoln: 885 Smithfield Avenue, Lincoln, RI
• Woonsocket: 175 Harris Avenue, Woonsocket, RI

Both offices have been serving patients at these same locations for more than 20 years. We acquired the practices from retiring dentists and are proud to continue the legacy they built. Our offices have well-established patient bases and long-term patients, providing an excellent opportunity for an associate dentist to step into a busy, established practice.

The Position

We are looking for an associate dentist who is experienced, confident, and comfortable practicing independently. The ideal candidate should be able to diagnose and treatment-plan patients, perform comprehensive general dentistry, and manage their own patient schedule without requiring a senior dentist to oversee their clinical decisions on a routine basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to work in a stable, established practice with a loyal patient base.

Compensation

• First 6 months: Guaranteed $850/day
• After 6 months: Compensation transitions to 40% of collections
• No lab fees: All laboratory fees are covered by the practice owner
• Full-time position

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Rhode Island dental license in good standing
• Experienced general dentist who can work independently
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Current OSHA and HIPAA compliance
• Current professional malpractice insurance
• Must be in good standing with the Rhode Island Dental Board
• No unresolved patient complaints or pending legal/disciplinary matters involving patients or the dental board
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
