We’re not a high-volume corporate office. We believe hygienists should have the time and resources to provide exceptional care while actually getting to know their patients.

You’ll work in a modern, technology-driven practice with tools designed to improve both the patient experience and clinical outcomes.

We also operate Dripping Springs Dental Academy to train dental assistants, giving our practice a unique culture centered around dental education and professional development.

What We’re Looking For

We want a hygienist who is:

A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in Texas Passionate about patient care and education Warm, personable, and confident communicating with patients Comfortable discussing periodontal health and recommended treatment Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented A positive team player who enjoys working with others Comfortable learning and using new technology Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a practice

Experience is valued, but attitude, patient care, and work ethic matter just as much.
