Part-Time General Dentist — Monday–Wednesday

Become the Dentist Families Ask for by Name Southside Dental Centers is seeking a compassionate, clinically skilled General Dentist to join our established family practice three days per week, Monday through Wednesday, with the option to work Saturdays.

Position Responsibilities Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and individualized treatment planning Provide high-quality preventive, restorative, and general dental care Explain treatment options clearly and help patients make informed decisions Educate patients and families about prevention, oral health, and long-term treatment needs Coordinate care with pediatric dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, and other providers when needed Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation Follow all clinical, safety, infection-control, and regulatory standards Work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, front-office staff, and practice leadership

What We Are Looking For Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine from an accredited dental school. Active Texas dental license. Current CPR/BLS certification and other required credentials Strong diagnostic, treatment-planning, and restorative skills A calm, respectful approach with patients who may feel anxious about dental care Commitment to ethical treatment recommendations and clinical excellence Desire to establish long-term relationships with patients and become part of the practice community Ability to work effectively with patients from different cultural and economic backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in comprehensive family or general dentistry Comfort treating a broad adult patient population Experience working in a busy, team-oriented dental practice English-Spanish bilingual communication skills are strongly preferred but not required Interest in remaining with the practice and providing dependable continuity of care

Compensation Daily guarantee of $700 or 35% of adjusted production, whichever is greater Optional Saturday hours provide additional earning opportunity
