We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. This is an opportunity to work closely with a highly skilled dentist who provides advanced care, including implant placement and restoration, extractions, full-mouth rehabilitation, and cosmetic dentistry, while maintaining a calm, patient-centered environment. You won’t be treated like “just an assistant.” You’ll be an important part of the patient experience and the clinical team.

Position details • Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 9am - 5pm and every other Saturday 9am-4pm • Pay: Competitive and based on experience because, excellent dental assistants deserve more than a handful of peanuts! 🥜 • Benefits: Paid time off, dental care, and uniforms • Location: Allen, TX • Experience: Preferrable at least 3 years BUT we are willing to train motivated super stars!

What you’ll do • Assist with advanced surgical, implant, restorative, and cosmetic procedures • Prepare treatment rooms and instruments • Support the dentist during procedures while anticipating clinical needs • Provide reassurance and compassionate care to patients • Explain post-operative instructions clearly and confidently • Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient office • Contribute to a positive team culture every day
