Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive oral examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop treatment plans Provide preventive care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and root canals Extract teeth and perform minor oral surgery as needed Take and interpret dental X-rays and other diagnostic images Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Supervise and collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff Ensure compliance with Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners regulations and OSHA/infection control standards Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay current with best practices Manage patient scheduling efficiently to optimize chair time and patient flow Handle dental emergencies with professionalism and sound clinical judgment

Requirements:- ● DDS or DMD from an accredited institution. ● Arizona dental license, or license-eligible in Arizona with the ability to complete licensure before start. ● DEA registration, or eligible to obtain. ● Current CPR/BLS certification. ● Comfortable with general dentistry across restorative, endodontic and implant procedures or motivated to build into them with our coaching.

Compensation:- We guarantee you $250,000 a year, permanently, and then pay you 30–37% of your own personal collections on top of whatever that guarantee covers. We hire the Dentist first and then fill the schedule, you are not expected to arrive already producing, and you are not asked to buy in. No equity, no cap table, no debt. A guarantee of $250,000 per year, W-2. This is not a ramp-period floor that expires once you are established. It is permanent, and it applies in any month where the production formula would pay less. It is the backstop for vacation-heavy months and schedule disruption, for the life of the employment relationship. Above the guarantee you earn a percentage of your own personal collections. Hygiene and other providers are not counted toward your number, and you are never measured against total location collections.
