We are a growing, family-owned dental practice looking for a motivated, dependable, and driven Dental Front Office Business Associate to join our team.

The right person will:

Have a positive, professional, and welcoming personality Be a self-starter who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative Take ownership of responsibilities and follow through Be comfortable working toward office and team goals Provide an exceptional patient experience in person and over the phone Be organized and able to manage multiple priorities Communicate confidently with patients about scheduling, treatment, insurance, and financial arrangements Help keep the schedule productive and identify opportunities to fill openings Work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and fellow business team members Be dependable, punctual, and accountable Bring solutions—not just problems—to the team Have a genuine desire to learn, improve, and grow into greater responsibilities Experience

Dental front office experience is preferred, especially experience with scheduling, insurance verification, treatment coordination, or patient financial arrangements.
