Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and highly successful sales professionalto lead the expansion of our behavioral health services throughout New Jersey.
The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and securing new business with assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes, memory care communities, rehabilitation facilities, and other senior-care and healthcare organizations.
Our organization provides comprehensive behavioral health services, includingpsychiatry, psychology, therapy, and related behavioral health services. The individual in this role will develop relationships with facility owners, administrators, executive directors, directors of nursing, social workers, regional leadership, andother healthcare decision-makers and convert those relationships into long-term service contracts.
This is a true sales and revenue-generating position. The successful candidate will be expected to independently identify prospects, establish relationships, arrange meetings, present our services, negotiate opportunities, and close contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect assisted living, skilled nursing, nursing home, memory care, rehabilitation, and other senior-care facilities throughout New Jersey.
- Develop relationships with facility owners, administrators, executive directors, andother key decision-makers.
- Conduct in-person sales visits and presentations throughout the assignedterritory.
- Present the organization's behavioral health services, including psychiatry, therapy, and psychology.
- Generate new leads through independent prospecting, networking, referrals,industry relationships, and direct outreach.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through contract execution.
- Negotiate and secure new facility agreements.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective accounts and consistently move opportunities toward closing.
- Work closely with clinical and administrative leadership to transition newly acquired accounts into active service relationships.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
- Represent the organization professionally at healthcare and senior-care networking events and industry functions.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue objectives.
