What You’ll Need DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program Active California dental license Endodontic experience required Endodontists or General Dentists with strong endodontic experience encouraged to apply Experience diagnosing and treatment planning using digital radiography Ability to provide endodontic and medically necessary dental treatment Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Experience treating geriatric, medically complex, or special-needs patients is a plus DEA license Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a supportive clinical team Comfort providing care in a mobile, facility-based environment What You’ll Be Doing Perform endodontic treatment, including root canal therapy Diagnose and treatment plan endodontic and other dental conditions Provide medically necessary and restorative dental care as appropriate Evaluate dental pain and manage urgent/emergency dental needs Review and interpret digital radiographs Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary care teams Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to elderly and special-needs populations Maintain high standards of clinical quality and patient safety Compensation & Perks $2,000–$2,500 daily rate Flexible scheduling – typically 1–2 days per week CE allowance & ongoing professional development Travel reimbursement, including mileage and lodging when applicable Supportive clinical and operational team Meaningful opportunity to serve patients with limited access to traditional dental care Ready to Make an Impact?
