We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Endodontist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will provide expert endodontic care, specializing in root canal therapy and related procedures, to help patients maintain their natural teeth and achieve optimal oral health. Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive endodontic procedures including root canal treatments, retreatments, apicoectomies, and other advanced endodontic interventions with precision and care
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop tailored treatment plans aligned with patient needs and expectations
  • Utilize dental imaging technology such as X-rays and 3D imaging to accurately diagnose conditions and plan effective treatments
  • Collaborate seamlessly with general dentists, specialists, hygienists, and support staff to ensure cohesive patient care delivery
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare standards
  • Adhere strictly to infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and sterilization procedures to ensure patient safety at all times
  • Educate patients on their diagnoses, treatment options, post-procedure care, and preventive strategies to foster informed decision-making and ongoing oral health

Requirements

  • Valid dental license with specialization in Endodontics or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
  • Proven experience performing root canal therapy and other endodontic procedures in a clinical setting
  • Proficiency with dental practice management software such as open dental
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and healthcare diagnosis processes
  • Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency during procedures
  • Experience working with pediatric patients (pediatrics) is a plus but not mandatory
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds and explain complex procedures clearly
  • Knowledge of infection control standards, sterilization practices, and aseptic techniques in accordance with OSHA guidelines
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations
