Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) | Private Practice

We are a growing, privately owned dental practice looking for an experienced, dependable, and patient-focused Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist who takes pride in providing excellent care and creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient. Goal is to transition to Full-Time eventually.

Office Hours Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Every Other Friday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM No weekends

Our morning huddle begins promptly at 8:40 AM. Specific part-time days will be discussed based on the needs of the practice and applicant's schedule.

Responsibilities • Provide thorough preventive and periodontal care • Build genuine relationships with patients • Educate patients on oral health and recommended treatment • Take appropriate radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation • Communicate findings clearly with the doctor and clinical team • Help maintain strong hygiene recall and patient retention • Support the team and contribute to a positive office culture

What We’re Looking For • Active Texas RDH license • Experienced hygienist preferred • Strong periodontal knowledge and clinical skills • Excellent patient communication and education skills • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented • Positive, humble, kind • Someone who genuinely cares about both their patients and teammates
