Pediatric Dental Assistant

Overview Mor Smiles 4 Kids is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing pediatric dental practice in Montgomery, Texas.

We are a privately owned practice led by a board-certified pediatric dentist who is committed to providing exceptional care for children while creating a positive, supportive work environment for our team. We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and compassionate assistant who enjoys working with children and takes pride in delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Responsibilities:

-Assist Dr. Morales chairside during pediatric dental procedures and examinations -Take diagnostic radiographs and maintain accurate patient records -Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care -Maintain OSHA and infection control standards -Perform coronal polishing and other duties permitted under Texas RDA regulations -Monitor patient comfort and help create a positive experience for children and families -Review medical histories, record vital signs, and provide post-operative instructions as needed -Maintain organized operatories and clinical inventory -Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional customer service -Provide occasional administrative support, including scheduling and patient communication, as needed

Qualifications:

-Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license -Coronal polishing certification -Dental assisting experience required -Pediatric dental experience preferred but not required -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
