Cosmetic Dental Assistant

About the Role We are seeking a warm, skilled, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our founding clinical team.

What You'll Do • Provide expert, efficient chairside support during restorative, crown and bridge, cosmetic, and implant procedures • Capture high-quality digital radiographs, intraoral scans, and 3D CBCT scans • Welcome patients into the operatory, review treatment histories, address questions with empathy, and ensure a seamless clinical experience • Maintain strict compliance with OSHA standards, CDC guidelines, and instrument sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment • Coordinate lab cases, manage clinical supply inventory, and maintain pristine, well-organized operatories

What You'll Bring Required: • Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (where applicable) and current CPR certification • 2+ years of clinical dental assisting experience • Tech-savvy with familiarity using modern digital workflows and dental software • Outstanding communication skills, professional presentation, and a genuine passion for elevated patient care Preferred: • Experience with cosmetic or implant procedures • Open Dental experience
