About the Role Associate Dentist – Private Holistic Practice Location:8731 Katy Freeway, Suite 125, Houston, TX 77024 Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:30 AM–4:00 PM Potential opportunity to expand to a fifth clinical day.*
Dr. Kamila Holistic Dental & Wellness Center is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and dependable Associate Dentist to join our established private practice in Houston's Memorial area.
We are a modern, patient-centered practice combining comprehensive general dentistry with a holistic philosophy focused on whole-body wellness, minimally invasive care, and long-term patient relationships. Our practice primarily serves PPO and private-pay patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry for adults and children
- Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Provide restorative, preventive, and emergency dental care
- Confidently educate patients about their oral health and treatment options
- Present comprehensive treatment recommendations with compassion and clarity
- Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team to provide an exceptional patient experience
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented practice culture
Holistic Services & Technology Our practice incorporates modern technology and holistic principles, including:
- Metal-free dentistry
- Ozone therapy
- Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique (SMART)
- Laser dentistry
- Biocompatibility testing
- 3D airway imaging and airway-focused evaluations
- iTero digital scanning
- EagleSoft practice-management software
Dr. Kamila has a special passion for airway health and will continue to provide comprehensive airway evaluations. The Associate Dentist will focus primarily on comprehensive general dentistry while working alongside a practice committed to whole-body health and wellness.
Prior experience in holistic or biologic dentistry is not required; however, candidates should be open to learning and following the practice's established holistic protocols and philosophy of care.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Texas dental license in good standing
- 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong restorative dentistry skills
- Oral surgery experience strongly preferred, including surgical and wisdom tooth extractions
- Strong diagnostic and comprehensive treatment-planning skills
- Excellent patient communication and treatment-presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient care
- Commitment to conservative, ethical dentistry and long-term patient relationships
- Interest or experience in holistic or biologic dentistry is a plus
Compensation Compensation is negotiable and will be based on experience, clinical skill set, and overall fit.
