About the Role What You'll Do

Patient & Treatment Coordination

Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service. Present treatment plans, fees, and financial options clearly and confidently. Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment. Help patients overcome scheduling and financial barriers to completing recommended treatment. Schedule treatment appropriately to maintain a productive doctor schedule. Make outgoing calls and follow up with patients as needed. Help reactivate overdue patients and fill openings in the schedule.

Office Leadership

Help oversee the daily flow of the office. Provide direction and support to front-office team members. Help ensure assigned responsibilities are completed accurately and on time. Identify scheduling or operational problems and take initiative to help resolve them. Communicate effectively with the doctor and clinical team. Help maintain a positive, professional, and accountable work environment. Business & Practice Performance

Monitor the schedule and proactively work to minimize unnecessary openings. Assist with patient collections and outstanding balances. Help monitor accounts receivable and follow up on patient balances. Track key practice indicators such as scheduling, production, collections, treatment acceptance, reactivation, and A/R. Help identify opportunities to improve patient retention and practice growth. Who We're Looking For

At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service, healthcare, sales, hospitality, office administration, or a similar patient/customer-facing environment. Previous experience training, supervising, leading, or coordinating others. Strong computer and communication skills. Professional phone etiquette. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work our established office schedule in Fort Worth, TX 76120. Preferred Qualifications

Dental front-office experience. Dental treatment coordination. Dental insurance verification and benefits. Treatment presentation and financial arrangements. Dentrix or similar dental software.
