A thriving, privately owned dental practice in Surprise, Arizona is seeking experienced and motivated Associate Dentists who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care while continuing to grow professionally, clinically, and financially.

With approximately 150–180 new patients entering our practice each month, our associates have significant opportunities to diagnose, treatment plan, and provide comprehensive dentistry.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Our compensation model is designed to reward productivity and clinical growth.

• Potential to earn $400,000+ annually

Comprehensive Dentistry

We are a comprehensive dental practice, allowing our doctors to provide a broad range of treatment and continue expanding their clinical capabilities.

Depending on experience, training, and scope of practice, our doctors have opportunities to provide services across multiple areas of dentistry while working alongside an experienced clinical team.

We are looking for associates who enjoy diagnosing comprehensively, educating patients, presenting appropriate treatment options, and providing high-quality care rather than limiting their practice to basic restorative dentistry.

Advanced Technology & Clinical Support

Our practice has made a significant investment in technology and systems designed to support both clinical excellence and practice efficiency.

Our technology-driven environment includes advanced digital diagnostic and treatment-planning resources, modern digital imaging, AI-supported radiographic analysis, and other technologies designed to enhance diagnosis, patient education, case acceptance, and clinical outcomes.

You will also work with an experienced clinical and business team that supports patient care, scheduling, treatment coordination, and practice operations.

Continuing Education & Professional Growth

We want our associate doctors to continue developing their clinical skills.

Eligible associates have access to an annual Continuing Education allowance of up to $3,000 to support approved courses and professional development.

For doctors interested in expanding their clinical capabilities, this is an environment where professional growth is encouraged and supported.

Schedule

This is a full-time position.

Our practice is open:

Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

Associate schedules are structured within our practice operating hours and include every other Saturday.

Candidates should have the flexibility to work a full-time schedule within these operating hours.

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a dentist in Arizona

• An effective communicator who can clearly educate patients about their oral health and treatment options

Experience in comprehensive general dentistry is preferred; however, we are also interested in speaking with motivated doctors who have a strong clinical foundation and desire to continue developing their skills.
