Dentist
Job Description
About the Role This is a unique opportunity to earn $250,000–$350,000+ annually while working a true 4-day workweek and building your career in a practice where you can make a real impact.
As the associate dentist at Panhandle Dental of Dimmitt, you’ll have the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry with a strong, established patient base and 50+ new patients each month. As the only dental practice in Castro County, our doctor has the opportunity to become the trusted dentist for an entire community while developing long-term relationships with patients and families.
You’ll receive a $1,100/day guarantee for your first 6 months and dedicated one-on-one mentorship with the owner dentist one day each week, with opportunities to expand your skills in implants, endodontics, surgery, comprehensive restorative dentistry, and practice leadership.
We’re looking for a dentist who wants more than a job—someone who wants to continue growing clinically, develop confidence across a broad range of procedures, and enjoy the autonomy of being the primary dentist for a community while still having the support and mentorship of an experienced owner and established dental group.
If you’re looking for excellent earning potential, a 4-day workweek, hands-on mentorship, modern technology, and the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry without the pressure of corporate dentistry, this could be an exceptional fit.
