Dental Assistant

About the Role We are a growing, privately owned dental practice looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented Dental Assistant/EFDA to join our team. We provide comprehensive dental care for children, teens, and adults, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional patient care while working in a positive, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do • Assist the dentist during restorative, pediatric, surgical and general dental procedures • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked operatory • Take and develop digital dental radiographs and intraoral images • Review and document accurate patient medical and dental histories • Provide exceptional patient care and help patients feel comfortable and informed • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment notes • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories according to OSHA and infection-control standards • Set up and break down operatories efficiently between patients • Assist with laboratory procedures, scanning for impressions, models, and dental appliances as needed • Communicate effectively with the dentist, clinical team, and front office
