Named dental practices with a live job listing, every week, with the practice's public NPI phone and address, the role, the source, the date first seen and the days the listing has been open. For recruiters, suppliers and practice-transition brokers who call practices that are hiring now.
Practice name, NPI, front-desk phone and address (from the public NPI record when the practice matches by name, otherwise from the practice's public business listing; each row says which), city and state, role and specialty, first seen, days on board, last seen, last checked, still live, source, other sources the same job appeared on, original listing URL.
Never the listing text. Never an owner name. Only listings where the employer named itself in public; confidential listings are excluded entirely. One row per practice, role and city: the same job on two sources is one signal. A row that goes dark is marked within a day and leaves the feed within seven; a row the source has not verified for two weeks is not shipped as live. Every row shows its source and last-seen date so nothing old is sold as current.
