Dental Front Office

Established private office is looking for an affable and experienced bilingual Front Office Coordinator to run the front of the office including treatment planning, scheduling and insurance verification.

Skills, Attributes, and Education Required • 2+ years as a front office coordinator/manager in a dental office • Must have excellent people and time management skills • Must be motivated and a self starter who takes ownership • Must have proficiency in Medicaid/PPO insurance verification • Must be a quick learner • Must be able to stay calm under stress and work comfortably at a fast pace • Excellent grasp of general dental terminology and basic ADA coding principles • Must be able to work evenings and some Saturdays
• Experience using carrier websites, client portals, and other web-based tools for insurance verification, research, and follow up
• Billing experience a huge plus!!

• Competitive, $22-23 depending on experience
